WATCH: Atom reports on intense winds, rains in Samar

A slow-moving typhoon "Ruby" on Sunday was bringing intense rains and winds over the province of Samar.

In an interview on DZMM, ABS-CBN correspondent Atom Araullo said that the inclement weather being felt in the western part of the province --particularly in the area of Calbayog-- was expected to strengthen as the typhoon nears.

PAGASA, in its 7 a.m. update, said that typhoon Ruby was last spotted near Catbalogan, Samar. It had slightly weakened after making landfall, but remains a dangerous tropical cyclone.

Typhoon Ruby, which was packing 10-minute maximum sustained winds of 160 kilometers per hour and 190kph gusts, was expected to make its second landfall over Masbate Sunday afternoon.

A yellow rainfall warning has been issued over Eastern Samar, Northern Samar, and Samar.

Marian & Dingdong Wedding Update

Sa Sunday na gaganapin ang #5thBridal*ShowerNiYan na ibibigay ni Ms. Celia Rodriguez. Gabi na kasi nakabalik last Tuesday evening si Marian Rivera at ang kanyang Triple A Management family mula sa naiibang #4thBri*dalShowerNiYan sa Night Safari sa Singapore.

Namasyal din sila sa iba’t ibang lugar sa Singapore, kasama na ang Universal Studios. Last year kasi nang mag-attend si Marian sa Asian TV Festival sa Singa*pore, kung saan nominated siyang Best Actress sa drama series na Temptation of Wife, hindi siya nakapasyal dahil kinailangan niyang bumalik agad dito dahil nagti-taping pa siya noon ng Carmela.

Siyempre, hindi pinalampas ni Ma*rian na mag-pose kasama ang replica ng paborito niyang fictional character na si Shrek. At pwede bang hindi mag-shopping si Marian? Ano kaya ang pasalubong ni Yan sa husband-to-be niyang si Dingdong Dantes?

Isa namang pinaghahandaan nina Marian at Dingdong ang pagdalo sa party na bigay sa kanila ng DongYan fans na gaganapin sa Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City on November 26. Umabot sa 4 months ang serye Pure Love at makailang beses na din napataob ang mga katapat nito at masasabing nag Hit ang remake na ito sa pilipinas.

Dalawang programa ang namaalam noong biyernes una na dyan ang Pure Love at ang bayani serye na Ilustrado na hindi naramdaman ang pagtatapos.

Sa datos naman mula sa Kantar Media ang mas pinagkakatiwalaan na tv ratings provider sa buong mundo nakapagtala ang Pure Love finale ng 29.2% na ratings laban sa 11.2% ng koreanovela Coffee Prince.

Sa Top 20 Overall Programs noong Nobyembre 14 nasa no.2 ang Pure Love habang ang mga programa na Coffee Prince ay nasa no.17 spot at ang bayani serye Ilustrado ay nasa no.20 spot.
